Minimum Qualifications Permanent qualifications: Candidates must currently be a permanent Program Aide OR be reachable on the current Civil Service eligible list.
Transfer qualifications: Candidates must be eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.

Duties Description PRIMARY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITES:
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Process and track eligibility letters
• Utilize and maintain the MS Excel tracking database for eligibility
• Schedules the LRMC Committee meetings, distributes materials, takes notes
• Attends, generates minutes, and assists with the Adult Services Plan meetings
• Maintains the log book for all Adult Protective Services calls and Justice Center referrals within the Taconic Region
• Tracks and maintains the monthly reports for the CRO Unit and Specialty Services and Supports
• Other duties as assigned.
