Duties Description Based upon the Rent Control and Rent Stabilization laws and regulations, and guidance from the supervisor, the candidate will review data analytical reports, agency case files and database, and other municipal databases and open source material in an effort to collect and disseminate evidence of potential landlord fraud and systemic non-compliance. Some of the duties include: analysis and investigation of Individual Apartment Improvement claims by owners, preparing correspondence to owners based on findings, and determining steps to finalize investigations.
