Duties Description 1. Compare reports from the Revenue Application to deposit details from deposit slips and credit card settlement reports.
2. Work on the bank reconciliation for the credit card bank. This includes matching the entries from the download from Merchant Connect (credit card services provider) and the bank statement to what was entered in the Revenue Application. Includes identifying outstanding deposits.
3. Enter Elavon invoices into spreadsheet. Analyze the charges from the credit card services provider. Prepare reports of credit card billing information.
4. Prepare reports for management and FOIL requests in Excel of Revenue and Attendance information.
5. Work on the Master file of the OPRHP Fee Schedule. Compare fees with the schedule from the prior year. Identify changes and discrepancies.
6. Download reports from the Merchant Connect website of credit card transactions. Prepare an Excel spreadsheet with credit card batch information. Send the file to the various parks for use in their reconciliation of the credit card transactions with the Revenue Application and with reports from the vendor’s website for the pay stations.
7. Enter notes into Active Network.
8. Enter refunds into the Statewide Financial System (SFS).
9. Open Revenue Unit mail daily.
10. Answer main telephone line for Revenue Unit and take messages.
11. Photocopy and scan documents as needed.
12. Take deposits to the bank.
13. File paperwork / shred necessary documents.
14. Complete other tasks as needed to support the Revenue Unit.
