Minimum Qualifications You must take and pass a Civil Service examination in order to be considered for this position. For promotional appointment - One (1) year in a title eligible for 70.1 transfer. Open Competitive - two (2) years experience supervising workers in the maintenance and operation of a physical plant; or in building renovation or construction.

Duties Description Responsible for the day to day operation and maintenance of all areas on the facility including but not limited to: managing the daily operation of the building automation HVAC system, plant boilers, chillers, hot water and refrigeration systems. Scheduling and ensuring required preventive maintenance work and inspections are completed timely, maintaining all supporting documentation and records of work and inspections performed for annual survey, supervision of all engineering staff, supervise all contractual arrangements for grounds, security, etc., purchase and inventory of all equipment and material, inspect facility to determine maintenance needs and recommends projects based on those findings, coordinate and work with other Departments as needed in order to ensure the safety of the residents, staff and visitors to the Home

Additional Comments Base salary plus $3,026.00 location pay
