Duties Description The primary responsibility of this position will be to provide direct clerical and administrative support to the Division’s Deputy Commissioner and the DCCS Home Office. Secondarily, this position will be involved in a fiscal audit process the Division is undertaking for its after-school contract programs. This process will include requesting all backup information needed to justify the amount of funds claimed for reimbursement.
Additional responsibilities of this position include: providing executive-level meeting support including scheduling, agenda preparation, recording and action item follow-up for specific Division initiatives; filing documents as needed; preparing email, routine correspondence, memos and reports utilizing word processing, spreadsheets and database programs; developing, maintaining and updating administrative forms and/or office procedures for the Division.
