Minimum Qualifications Two years of experience in maintenance or mechanical work under the supervision of a skilled trades-worker or completion of an appropriate two-year technical school course.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of OSHA rules and standards for worker safety related to fall protection and prevention.

Duties Description 1. Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, mopping, vacuuming and trash removal.
2. Operate heavy equipment such as trucks, tractors, skid steer, loaders, etc.
2. Operate light self propelled equipment such as power mowers, chain saws, drills, powersaws, etc.
3. Perform a variety of tasks utilizing power and manual hand tools including but not limited to saws, hammers, drills, sanders, and stationary power tools.
4. Possess ability to perform a variety of construction trades including but not limited to masonry, carpentry, painting, roofing, electrical, plumbing & HVAC.
5. Must be able to lift 80 lbs or more.
6. Must possess a valid drivers license.

Additional Comments Must have valid driver's license or demonstrate the ability to meet the transportation needs of the position. Must be able to negotiate difficult terrain, work in remote areas and in adverse weather conditions. Must be able to lift and move objects up to 80 pounds.

This is a seasonal, hourly appointment with a duration of 4/1/19 to 3/31/20. Program needs will determine actual termination date, which may be prior to termination date indicated. Actual work schedule may vary and will be discussed at the interview.
