SECTION 70.4 TRANSFER QUALIFICATIONS: You may be eligible for a section 70.4 transfer if you have one year of permanent or contingent-permanent service as a Grade 11 or higher, meet the open competitive qualifications for the title, and have taken and passed the most recent Investigative Officer 1 or Investigative Officer Trainee open-competitive exams.
Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES:
As an Investigative Officer 1, you would perform office/field work required in the enforcement of State labor laws governing minimum wages, child labor, hours of work, wage payment, employment agency operation, industrial homework, farm labor and the like. A trainee receives on-the-job training for one year and upon satisfactory performance automatically advances to the full title.
