Duties Description
This position is in the Division’s unit responsible for the development and management of contracts with Legally Exempt Enrollment Agencies throughout the State.

Specific responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: providing oversight of, and technical assistance to approximately 32 Legally-Exempt Enrollment Agencies throughout the State; developing and managing contracts and renewals for compliance with guidelines and regulations; processing vouchers and budget modifications; and, reviewing quarterly reports.

Additional responsibilities of this position include: assisting in regulatory and statutory interpretation; providing technical assistance to the Local Social Services Districts, DCCS Regional Office licensing staff, the child care provider community and the public at large as needed; assisting in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports to the Federal Government; and, conducting program site visits as required.
