Minimum Qualifications Senior Budgeting Analyst: SG-18: eligible for 52.6 transfer.

Senior Budgeting Analyst Trainee, NS: reachable on the Department of Civil Service’s PATT eligible list (Department of Civil employees only), the Professional Career Opportunities eligible list, eligible for a Section 70.1 or 70.4 transfer, or 55-b/c eligible with Bachelor’s Degree.

Duties Description The Senior Budgeting Analyst will be assigned to the Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable team of the Office of Finance and Administration and will be responsible for the following:

• Data entering Civil Service paper examination applications into the Fee Unit Viking System.

• Responding to phone calls and emails from exam applicants regarding application fees.

• Preparing the daily bank deposit and reconciling the reports associated with the daily deposits.

• Investigating and assisting in the resolution of problems and issues related to the fee collection and data entry of applications.

• Reviewing and approving the local examination billings that are submitted to Municipalities for the examinations the Department administers on their behalf.
