Minimum Qualifications Open competitive: A Bachelors degree and one year of full time secondary level teaching experience; or a Bachelors degree and one year of full time experience conducting a classroom based training program; or four years of fill time experience conducting a classroom based training program. The experience must have included the evaluation of the training program, and the recruitment and or supervision of its participants.

Duties Description This position you are responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating a correctional facilities' inmate program associate IPA program, where the offenders paid assignments involve assisting staff in providing services to other offenders. Incumbents recruit, select, train, supervise and evaluate the IPA's and participants; provide administrative direction for the inmates program associate program; and coordinate and review the programmatic activities of the program. Positions in this class are only classified in the Department of Corrections and Community Supervision.
