Minimum Qualifications There are no education or experience requirements.

Candidates should be familiar with using a computer and Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel and Access.

Duties Description Working with the Special Licenses Unit organize and maintain records; receive incoming Unit and Division telephone calls, emails, and mail, and direct to appropriate staff for response; receive, screen, and review documents, forms and applications; print and mail documents; enter data and information and retrieve data and information from computerized systems; process and track revenue; compile and update spreadsheets; process and issue non-technical license applications; scan and organize real property documents; enter and maintain data for DFW owned lands; prepare documents for grant amendments and federal aid reports.

Additional Comments This is a seasonal, hourly appointment ending no later than 3/31/2020. Program needs and funding will determine actual termination date, which may be prior to date listed. Actual work schedule, duties, and hours may vary and will be discussed at the interview.
