Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES:

As an Office Assistant 2, you will purchase office supplies, office equipment, office furniture and reasonable accommodation items. Responsibilities also include creating and maintaining simple spreadsheets, assisting in gathering or compiling data for reports, reconciling a government issued Visa procurement card and answering the main phone line. On occasion you will open and distribute mail to other Purchase staff.

Some positions may require additional credentials or a background check to verify your identity.
