Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED), with five years of proven experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistant or other secretarial position sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, as determined by the Corporation.
Knowledge/Skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with corporate-specific programs and software
• High level verbal and written communications skills
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational, planning, time management and problem solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload in a fast paced environment
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Able to be discrete and uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Duties Description Essential Job Functions
• Responsible for receiving calls, taking messages, routing correspondence, responding to emails, distributing materials and interfacing with clients
• Schedule meetings and appointments; maintain diary and provide reminders
• Make travel arrangements and manage travel itineraries
• Assist in the preparation of internal and external documents, including letters, memoranda, reports, presentations and briefing materials
• Develop and maintain an efficient and organized documentation and filing system of paper and electronic documents
