Duties Description SUNY Delhi seeks a dynamic, forward-thinking, and engaging Senior Assistant Director of Residence Life for Housing & Operations. In addition, the incumbent is responsible for operations at the colleges off-campus townhouse complex, which is located a mile from campus. SUNY Delhi prides itself on being a welcoming college community for all. Responsibilities include:
•Management of the occupancy and room assignment processes for new and returning students
•Supervision of Residence Hall Directors
•Management of the Riverview Townhouses complex
•Coordinating the recruitment, selection, and training of professional staff
•Assisting in the management of department technology and databases. This includes housing management system (CBORD's Housing Management System/ResCenter), card access (CS Gold), and Banner
•Assist in department efforts with Enrollment Management events
•Participation in department assessment, residence hall capital, and financial plans

•Full-time, 12-month position
•Work Schedule: Days, with evenings/weekends as needed. This is a Full-time, live-in/live-on position
•Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 plus a meal plan when classes are in session, and an on-campus townhouse.
