Minimum Qualifications Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in computer science, database administration, or a related field from an accredited institution
•Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
•Knowledge of SSRS or SQL report writing and/or experience with related report writing programs for databases
•Exceptional time management, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
•Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
•Demonstrated experience with systems, design, and processing of business data
•Experience with Blackbuad CRM, or other customer relationship management systems
•Familiarity with Advancement operations and fundraising
Duties Description The Advancement Services & Database Manager is a key member of the SUNY Delhi's Alumni and Advancement team. The position is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the Alumni/Advancement database including data management, gift entry and acknowledgment, reporting, technology management, and end-user support. The Advancement Services & Database Manager plays an active role in alumni relations and the college's fundraising efforts. This position will assume a major role in assisting with the creation of financial and analytical reports along with implementing policies to maintain data integrity. This role involves identifying, developing and refining processes for operational efficiencies that maintain data integrity and support Alumni and Advancement programs.
Additional Comments •Full-time, 12 months, SL2 position
•Work schedule: Monday - Friday, occasional evenings, nights, and weekends as needed
•Salary: $43,000
•Reports to: Assistant VP for College Advancement
