Duties Description The incumbent will function as the facility Incident Review Coordinator overseeing all facets of the Incident Review Process. The incumbent will also act as chairperson of the Incident Review Committee (IRC) as well as liaison with State Operations to ensure timely and efficient submittal and investigation of all incidents involving the DDSOO. The incumbent will also make notifications and provide training and technical assistance on the Incident process to the facility as needed.
• Schedule training classes for all employees, coordinating training updates and re-certification per state regulations.
• May participate in the development and implementation of new employee orientation, as needed.
• Monitor the agency’s compliance with incident management and abuse and neglect policy. as needed.
• Complete physical site inspections in the Individuals’ homes, as needed.
• Monitor the agency’s compliance with incident management and abuse and neglect policy.
• Conduct quarterly and annual trend analysis studies as required and presents reports to the Director of QI and IRC.
• Conduct quarterly record reviews of Individuals’ files and enters deficiencies into a tracking database for resolution, as needed.
