Minimum Qualifications Reachable on current eligible list for Manager, Staffing Services or eligible for 52.6 transfer.

Duties Description The incumbent of this position will manage Staffing Section 2 in the Staffing Services Division. Reporting to the Assistant Director, Division of Staffing Services, the incumbent will be responsible for the following duties:
• Direct staff in assisting State agencies, departments, and facilities in activities related to staffing the State service.
• Interpret civil service laws, rules, regulations, and policies.
• Interact with human resources and program staff of State agencies, current and former State employees, prospective job seekers, employee organizations, community organizations, Department executive staff, the Legislature, and Executive Chamber.
