Salary RangeFrom $56604 to $71980 Annually
Minimum Qualifications To be considered for permanent appointment, candidates must be reachable on the current Civil Service eligible list or be eligible for reassignment or transfer in accordance with Civil Service Law.
Duties Description • Under the guidance of the Permit Manager, coordinate the U&O permits process
• Update Property Management instruction manual and forms as needed
• Under the direction of the Bureau Director, draft Project Management bulletins and other guidance documents.
• Support utility permit process, as needed
• Liaison with MO Traffic Permit Unit
• Monitor and oversee compliance on property inspections
• Monitor and oversee compliance on permit insurance requirements
• Monitor and oversee compliance on re-appraisal schedule
• Provide Main Office support for permit and surplus auctions
• Provide support for the OROW Traineeship Program
• Under the guidance of the Sign Program Manager, coordinate the sign permitting process
• Monitor compliance with annual sign route surveillance
• Support the Bureau Director as needed
Responsibilities may include serving a role within the Incident Command System to support to Department’s response to regional and statewide emergency situations.
