Minimum Qualifications There are no education or experience requirements associated with this position.

Familiarity with computers, knowledge of MS Word and Excel, and previous customer service experience are preferred.

Duties Description Answer switchboard and direct calls to appropriate staff in a prompt, courteous and helpful manner and take messages for offices when necessary. As receptionist, greet and assist the public, answering questions and directing to appropriate staff when necessary. Sort incoming/outgoing mail and receive/ distribute packages, schedule conference rooms, and receive and send faxes. Process invoices for payment. Sell hunting & fishing licenses and process bait license permits. Issue LG Island boat passes, Empire passports, metal detector permits, make campground pavilion/shelter reservations, and forwards applications to the public requesting annual bus passes.

Additional Comments This position is funded through 3/31/2020. Actual work schedule and hours may vary and will be discussed at the interview.
