Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES:

As an Administrative Specialist 2 you would provide general or special staff aid in the performance of a variety of administrative functions. You would assist in monitoring staff funding for the Division. You would provide administrative support to the Division’s Director, Bureau Directors and statewide staff regarding Human Resources management. You would be relied upon for policy advice and recommendations and have important coordinating responsibilities for the Division of Employment and Workforce Solutions. Would be the lead program liaison for the Division with the Department’s Human Resources office.

Additional Comments Position specific job duties may include occasional altered work schedule or job assignments which require availability and willingness to work occasional evening and/or out-stationed assignments.
