Minimum Qualifications Reachable on the Business Systems Analyst 2 eligible list OR eligible for a 52.6 or 70.1 transfer.
Duties Description Under the direction of the Project Coordinator for Strategic Planning and Innovation, the incumbent of this position will help coordinate and support agency wide portfolio and project management activities. Duties of this position will include:
• Leading program development and operations for a Statewide training program for Human Resource professionals, including facilitating technical and functional development of training courses; developing administrative procedures and processes relative to course development; and managing and tracking all course development.
• Coordinating and supporting the activities of a project team.
• Assisting in the compilation of detailed project portfolio reports.
• Tracking and providing support for Department reporting requirements and performing data analysis, charting and graphing.
• Supporting and maintain a project management library, project tools repository, or a project management website.
• Assisting other Project Managers or program area managers on more complex projects.
