70.1 Transfer Qualifications:
Employees with one-year of permanent competitive service in transferable title allocated to Grade 11 or higher, may qualify for transfer.

Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES:
As a Program Aide, you would perform paraprofessional duties and provide program and technical assistance for one or more professional and technical positions; perform assignments according to appropriate guidelines or precedents. Some specific tasks include establishing and maintaining various databases to monitor staff production, quality review, training, and timely services to customers; act as a technical resource on assigned programs and projects; and respond to report and data requests from management staff.
