Duties Description As a Program Aide for the Procurement Card and Purchasing Unit, you would perform tasks which fall into four broad categories: communication, coordination, organization, and records maintenance. Within these categories, the Program Aide would perform a variety of tasks which enable managers and program staff to accomplish the mission of the agency.

As an Agency Program Aide, you would perform paraprofessional duties and provide program and technical assistance for one or more professional or technical positions. The incumbent of this position is the main contact assigned to the Procurement Card and Purchasing section of the Business Office and will be responsible for a full range of activities related to staffing including, but not limited to:

• The Program Aide will be responsible for training new cardholder, completing forms for new credit card applications, changes in credit in credit limits, closing cards when necessary, changes in supervisor and coding to be sent to the BSC.
• In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for maintaining contract PO’s and working with the contract hub for additional funds when necessary and work as back up contract hub liaison.
• Other duties as assigned.
