FOR PROVISIONAL APPOINTMENT:
Must have a Master’s Degree in Social Work; or a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and one year of post-Bachelor’s experience in social work; or a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a human service area and two years of post-Bachelor’s experience in social work

Duties Description The candidate chosen for this position will serve as the Employment Coordinator. The incumbent duties will include but are not limited to:

•Coordinate the Supported Employment and Pathways to Employment Programs
•Participate in Developmental Disabilities Council sub-committees and present at meetings
•Serve as liaison among private agencies, schools, and hospitals for Project Search
•Provide support and assistance to the Service Amendment Department
•Provide support and assistance to Family Support Services
•Provide training, support, and technical assistance to CCOs
•Monitor CCO Alert Mailbox
•Inter-district travel among the five boroughs
