Minimum Qualifications Three years of satisfactory experience in a large commercial or institutional laundry, one year of which must have been as a lead worker or serving in a supervisor capacity over employees, inmates or working patients.

Duties Description A Head Laundry Supervisor is in charge of a state facility laundry, processing an average of over 40 tons (dry) but less than an average of 150 tons (dry) per month. A Head Laundry Supervisor supervises a staff of laundry workers and insures the effective and efficient operation of a state facility's laundry.
