Minimum Qualifications Possession of a license and current registration to practice medicine in New York State and one year post licensure experience.

Duties Description Deliver the required health care services consistent with the philosophy and objective of the DOCCS division of health services uniform or performance standards, document medical practice consistent with DOCCS primary care clinical practice guidelines and health services policies.
