Minimum Qualifications ITS 1: Thee years manufacturing experience and one year supervisor experience and High School Graduate or GED.

ITS 2: One year as ITS1 or High School Graduate or GED and five years experience in a manufacturing or trade including one year of supervisory experience with one year of experience in garment.

Duties Description Supervise and train inmates on production equipment, usage of tools, safety and production procedures. Document inmate training with the approved training form (1574). Maintain stock levels of raw materials to help employees, including inmate job titles and work performance. Work with production control supervisor on keeping accurate inventories s of raw materials and finished products. Follow set guidelines for meeting quality standards and daily production requirements, When requested, assist in industry operations as directed by the supervisor. Must have a basic mechanical understanding of the machine used in garment manufacturing environment.
