Minimum Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS:
Transfer Qualifications: Any current DDPS 1 or
Anyone eligible for 70.1 transfer (if applicable) and
Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP)
Promotional Opportunities: Anyone currently reachable on the Civil Service List.
Minimum Qualifications: You must be a qualified employee of the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities and have had one year of permanent competitive or 55-b/55-c service in a position at a Grade 16 or above.
Duties Description PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviews (or completes) OMR 148 forms for completeness and send to families/advocates as regulations dictate.
• Assists in preparing redacted reports pursuant to NYS Access to Records law (a/k/a Jonathan’s Law).
• Acts as a resource to all Sunmount DDSO programs regarding NYS Access to Records Law (a/k/a Jonathan’s Law).
• Incident Review Committee (IRC) Chairperson.
• Coordinates and participates in Utilization semi-annual reviews.
• Assists with unit observation, chart audits and preparation for agency surveys.
• Works closely with the Incident Management Developmental Disabilities Program Specialist 2 and the Quality Management DDPS I counterpart.
• Other duties as assigned for Quality Management compliance.
