Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent or higher).
*Two (2) years of professional full-time office experience.
*Demonstrated proficiency in working with MS Office.
*Experience in managing projects with firm deadlines.
*Capacity for self-direction, ability to organize and set priorities.
*Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing and to work in a team environment with members of the college community at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:
*Master's degree.
*Two (2) years of professional full-time experience in higher education, industry or non-profit to include one (1) year in an analytical role. Experience should include data extraction, data collection, data visualization and/or data analysis.
*Experience with accreditation and higher education reporting systems a plus.
*Demonstrated proficiency in working with databases.

Duties Description This position will report to the Dean of School of Business (SOB) and function as an integral part of the Dean's team in SOB. The SOB is in the process of attaining AACSB accreditation and the person serving in this role will be actively working with the Dean and SOB Accreditation Committees to achieve this goal.

Responsibilities include:

1. To assist the Dean with accreditation related responsibilities, prepare SOB reports related to accreditation.

a. Assist and coordinate AACSB committees in collecting, reporting and evaluating relevant data including key continuous improvement successes, innovations, and achievements.

b. Liaise with accreditation personnel and executive decision-makers internally and externally.

c. Draft and prepare formal accreditation reporting and coordinate periodic accreditation visits.

d. Develop appropriate reporting, evaluating and assessment protocols for institutional goals for Office of the Dean. Prepare periodic institutional goal assessment for accrediting agencies.

e. Work closely with SOB staff in developing alumni database to promote alumni participation in SOB programs, student engagement and fund-raising.

f. Coordinate with SOB Chairs and Directors and keep them organized and goal-centered.

g. Coordinate with SOB Student Clubs and keep them organized and goal-centered.

h. Other accreditation duties as assigned.



2. To assist the Director for Career Services, External Relations & Administration and build upon the services provided by SOB.

a. Assist with all aspects of the coordination and set-up of events and programs, including but not limited to: reserving event space, registration, creation of signage, flyers, handouts, name badges and other information as needed.

b. Advertise career events and programs to students, faculty and employers (if applicable) through email correspondence and traditional flyers on bulletin boards.

c. Monitor registration for events, send out periodic email reminders, and prepare sign-in sheets.

d. Assist with posting internship and job opportunities.

e. Assist with vendor relations and inventory for promotional giveaways.

f. Solicit student participation for internal and external events.

g. During summer and winter breaks, assist with event strategizing and planning for upcoming semesters.



3. Other duties as assigned by the Dean.
