Minimum Qualifications Reassignment qualifications: One year of permanent competitive service as an Office Assistant 2 (Calculations).

Transfer Qualifications: Under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law: One year of permanent, competitive service in a title designated as appropriate for transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law. Such titles include: Office Assistant 2, Office Assistant 2 Keyboarding, Office Assistant 2 Stores/Mail.

Duties Description Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Conduct statewide billing, by using Quick Books, for terminal market inspections;
- Apply payments received;
- Compile information for the annual report and completing monthly USDA reports;
- Process branding laws inspection reports and issue warning letters;
- Data entry for other unit programs, upon need; and
- Provide support to farm products staff in daily matters like answering and transferring phone calls, taking inspection requests, etc., as needed.
