Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES:

Under the direction of the Principal Administrative Analyst, the Supervisor Administrative Analysis, will be responsible for the oversight, training, policy direction, leadership, and administration of the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) Contact Center. The Supervisor Administrative Analysis will train, coordinate, communicate and implement multiple new and/or refined business processes to improve the operations and activities of the Contact Center and Agency program areas.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Identifies staffing and personnel requirements
• Manages the daily operations, hiring, and training initiatives
• Develops, implements and is responsible for updating policy and procedure manuals to align with changes to laws, rules, regulations, organizational structure and business processes
• Manages relationships with The Office of Information Technology Services (OITS) acting on behalf of executive and program leadership to represent agency priorities and strategies
• Interfaces with The OITS Client Engagement Team
• Creates and defines program liaison roles to assist in improving agency business processes which support technology activities of DOL and OITS
• Plans, coordinates, and directs activities before and during the implementation of a technology related initiative
• Prioritizes and filters agency technology incident and request escalations
• Manages multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines
• Coordinates agency business testers when necessary for OITS maintenance and Severity 1/2 incident resolution
• Ensures performance metrics are being met or exceeded, responds to questions, concerns and feedback from Contact Center staff and customer program areas
