Minimum Qualifications Reachable for appointment to Trainee 1 level on the current Civil Service eligible list used for filling this title; or, one year of permanent, competitive class service as a Human Resources Specialist 1; or, one year of permanent, competitive class service in a title eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 or 52.6 of the Civil Service Law. Titles eligible for transfer to the Trainee 1 level include, but are not limited to: Administrative Assistant 2, Program Aide, Office Assistant 3, Office Assistant 3 (Calculations), Office Assistant 3 (Human Resources). Titles eligible for transfer to the journey level title include, but are not limited to: Business Systems Analyst, Claims Services Representative 1, Contract Management Specialist 1, Senior Administrative Analyst.
Duties Description This position will be filled within the Diversity and Inclusion unit. Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Policy and procedure development.
• Outreach Efforts
• Capturing diversity data
• Analyzing data, preparing reports, and answering surveys.
• Attending mandatory meetings.
