Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

70.1 TRANSFER QUALIFICATIONS: One year of permanent, contingent-permanent, or 55b/c service in a title Grade 07 or higher determined to be similar by Civil Service.

Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES: As an Office Assistant 2 duties include but are not limited to:
• Counts and batches all work to be imaged into electronic work queues,
• Assigns work to staff in the electronic queues
• Reviews and assigns approximately 1,000 efaxes monthly
• Opens and stamps all US Mail and correspondence/memos received from other units, including hearing requests; the volume is approximately 5,000 monthly.

Additional Comments Please Note: Positions in the Unemployment Insurance Division may be in-person, remote, or partially remote and partially in-person. Remote employees will be required to report in-person if directed. Positions may be subject to mandatory and/or voluntary overtime, which may include evening and weekend hours. Shift start times may vary based on operational need.
