Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

70.1 TRANSFER QUALIFICATIONS: One year of permanent, contingent-permanent, or 55b/c service in a title Grade 07 or higher determined to be similar by Civil Service.

Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES: The Senior Employment Security Clerk will perform a variety of functions in the Adjudication Services Office including:
• Processing incoming hearing requests;
• Entering data in and retrieving information from various databases and systems;
• Assembling and preparing hearing files;
• Communicating with Unemployment Insurance benefit claimants and employers;
• Other clerical duties include filing, copying, scanning documents, using the postal meter machine, sorting and delivering files and correspondence.

Additional Comments Please Note: Positions in the Unemployment Insurance Division may be in-person, remote, or partially remote and partially in-person. Remote employees will be required to report in-person if directed. Positions may be subject to mandatory and/or voluntary overtime, which may include evening and weekend hours. Shift start times may vary based on operational need.
