Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
52.6 TRANSFER QUALIFICATIONS:
One year of permanent, contingent permanent, or 55b/c service in a Grade 25/M-1 or higher title determined to be administrative under Section 52.6 of the Civil Service Law.
*Consecutive transfers cannot result in advancement of more than two salary grades or one M-grade.

Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES:
Under the general direction of the Director of UI Employer Liability Services, with detailed knowledge of Unemployment Insurance Laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures, the incumbent provides leadership, direction and guidance to Employer Accounts Adjustment Section staff; oversees the calculation of employer contribution rates and other experience rating operations and the maintenance of a large database of accounting records for registered employers; establishes policies and procedures covering all basic phases of the work and instructs supervisory personnel in Division policies and procedures.
Additional Comments Permanent, if a transfer or non-competitive promotion examination is approved; otherwise, the appointment will be provisional pending examination.
Please Note: Positions in the Unemployment Insurance Division may be in-person, remote, or partially remote and partially in-person. Remote employees will be required to report in-person if directed. Positions may be subject to mandatory and/or voluntary overtime, which may include evening and weekend hours. Shift start times may vary based on operational need.
