Salary RangeFrom $56604 to $71980 Annually
Minimum Qualifications Must be in title or on the Civil Service eligible list for this location or be eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 in a designated title determined by the New York State Department of Civil Service.
Open Competitive: Must have license and current registration to practice Occupational Therapy in New York State AND one year of post-licensure occupational therapy experience.

Duties Description The incumbent will be supervised by the Chief Occupational Therapist. Duties will include completing assessments and evaluations, providing direct and indirect treatments, ordering equipment, and attending meetings (ISP/QLRs) and clinics. The selected candidate will also provide in-service trainings to staff, they will be promoting services that improve individuals’ quality of life and promoting positive social and community interactions. Candidate will provide interventions that support the goals and incorporate the wishes and needs of the individual, as well as their family and staff. Provide interventions that support the needs and goals for residential and program environmental modifications (E-mods).
