Salary RangeFrom $15.26 to $15.26 Hourly
Minimum Qualifications -Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license as a term and condition of employment.
-Must be dependable, have the ability to take direction, and the ability to work independently.
Must be able to work 32 hours Monday through Friday between the hours of 7AM and 4PM (flexible).
Duties Description Under the supervision of the Business Office, the incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of cleaning and maintaining the Administration Building including but not limited to:
-Performing general cleaning including but not limited to restrooms, public spaces, and offices.
-Cleaning, monitoring and maintaining restrooms, corridors, and entrance areas.
-Collecting trash and recyclable material daily.
-Cleaning windows, glass partitions and mirrors, using appropriate cleaners and equipment.
-Replenishing paper products and sanitary supplies.
Spot cleaning carpets; assisting in carpet extractions and shampooing.
-Following housekeeping schedule.
-Other duties as assigned, as required by scope of work, or needs.
