Minimum Qualifications REACHABLE ON THE LEGAL ASSISTANT 2 ELIGIBLE LIST OR PERMANENT OR
CONTINGENT PERMANENT STATUS AS A LEGAL ASSISTANT 2 OR ELIGIBLE TO TRANSFER

Duties Description •Conduct investigative assignments such as drafting subpoenas, gathering, reviewing and analyzing documents.
•Search commercial and law enforcement databases.
•Prepare and process motion papers and documents to be turned over during discovery.
•Prepare demonstrative exhibits.
•Legal research and writing.
•Aide Assistant Attorneys General in depositions, witness preparation and court proceedings, including at jury trials.
•Provide legal secretarial and clerical support services.
•Perform routine office duties, supervise, assign, review, and participate in the work of staff responsible for providing legal secretarial and clerical support services.
•Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Comments Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Relativity. Excellent communication and organizational skills, attentive to detail, and capable of handling multiple tasks under time pressure.
