Duties Description The New York State Office of the Attorney General’s (OAG) Civil Recoveries Bureau is seeking an experienced litigator to serve as Section Chief of the Bankruptcy Unit in the Albany office. The Bankruptcy Unit is responsible for handling bankruptcy matters referred by state agencies that are venued in the Northern, Western, and Southern (Poughkeepsie) Districts of New York, as well as all other federal judicial districts across the country.
