Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

70.1 TRANSFER QUALIFICATIONS: One year of permanent, contingent-permanent, or 55b/c service in a title Grade 07 or higher determined to be similar by Civil Service.

Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES:
The Office Assistant 2 (OA 2) duties will include but are not limited to the following:
• Perform complicated clerical and office support activities that require substantive knowledge of the program and/or of the programs governing laws, rules, and regulations.
• Process sensitive applications, requests, or inquiries in which management or executive staff may be contacted.
• Perform activities that may require coordination with internal or external parties
Additional Comments Position specific job duties may include occasional altered work schedule or job assignments which require availability and willingness to work occasional evening and/or out-stationed assignments.
