Minimum Qualifications Candidates must currently be employed by the State of New York and be eligible to transfer via Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law by having at least one year of permanent competitive service in a qualifying title.
Duties Description This position is responsible for managing a wide range of personnel activities, such as decentralized and centralized list maintenance, New York State Electronic Personnel system (NYSTEP) and Human Resources Management System (HRMS) transactions and reports, driver and professional license status tracking and verification, fingerprint result processing, Employee Health Services exam scheduling, documentation submission, and tracking, and support to Human Resources professionals in recruitment activities.
