Minimum Qualifications 70.1 Transfer Qualifications: One year of permanent, competitive service in a title designated as appropriate for transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law. Such titles include: Program Aide, Administrative Assistant 1, Administrative Assistant 2, Payroll Examiner 1, Payroll Examiner 2, Office Assistant 3, Office Assistant 3 (Calculations).

Job Summary:
The Program Aide will accept, distribute, coordinate, track, and ensure the effective and timely completion of Division products, including but not limited to travel approval tracking, agency fleet responsibilities, property management, and surplus equipment. The incumbent will also provide administrative support to senior staff.
Some positions may require additional credentials or a background check to verify your identity.
