Minimum Qualifications Currently a permanent Licensed Master Social Work 1 or 70.1 Transfer Eligible within two grades as determined by Civil Service.

Duties Description POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The successful candidate will function as an assistant to the CNY DDSO Family Care Coordinator (FCC).

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The selected candidate will serve as a member of the CNY DSO Family Care Team, which is comprised of Onondaga, Oswego, Cayuga, Cortland, Oneida, Herkimer, Lewis, and Madison Counties. Duties to include working with the FCC to ensure completion of the programmatic aspects of the Family Care program as well as compliance with regulations and policy. Responsibilities may include home visits, telephone calls, attendance at meetings, training, and other activities to ensure quality of program. Travel is required.
