Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES:
As a Supervising Unemployment Insurance Reviewing Examiner, you would manage the operations under the UI Liability and Determination or Registration and Reporting sub-sections. You would provide advice and assistance to the UI Division management, review and analyze employer liability issues and employer reporting obligations, and coordinate with other DOL offices to ensure uniform application of UI laws, rules, regulations and policy. You would also be responsible for overseeing the completion of certain special projects and initiatives, and preparing reports, as assigned.

Please Note: Positions in the Unemployment Insurance Division may be in-person, remote, or partially remote and partially in-person. Remote employees will be required to report in-person if directed. These positions may be subject to mandatory and/or voluntary overtime, which may include evening and weekend hours. Shift start times may vary based on operational need.
