Duties Description As a Developmental Assistant 2, you will supervise and work with direct care staff to provide motivation and attend to the
personal daily living needs of individuals with developmental disabilities to help them lead better lives.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in the Cascading bid reviews two days each month.
• Help to maintain cascading bid sheets and other documents.
• Assist DDPS1 with maintaining the PTR Mailbox.
• Monitor and organize various trainings for DSP employees including Safe Patient Handling and PROMOTE.
• Assist with new hire recruitment events.
• Assist with coordinating mentorship orientation.
• Assist with completing various agency reports.
• Assist with coordination of the M.O.T. / Snow House Bids.
• Assist with maintaining agency residential 28-day schedules.
• Coordinate with agency residences to deploy staff to various work locations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Some travel to various locations in Orange, Rockland and Westchester will be required.
