Minimum Qualifications Interested candidates must be reachable on the Program Aide eligible list or eligible to transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.
To be eligible for a 70.1 transfer to a Program Aide, SG-13, a candidate must have one year of permanent competitive service in a qualifying title allocated to a salary grade 11 or higher.

Duties Description · Monitor email for incoming work requests to purchase products/services; renew purchase orders; and approve invoices
· Conduct purchases in alignment with OSC rules and procedures
· Research, analyze, locate, and identify commodities and services
· Determine whether the commodity is contract or non-contract by researching the Office Supply Contract;
· Determine if commodity is under a preferred source;
· Determines what commodity requires prior approval (CIO, HR&A, etc.) and ensure all required approvals are obtained.
· Use procurement card for appropriate expenditures and in accordance with program guidelines and agency policies.
· Reconcile procurement card expenditures on a monthly basis using the State Financial System (SFS).
· Prepare and submit purchase requests when needed.
· Prepares non-select and declination letters.
· Prepares on-boarding letters to new employees and attach appropriate documents.
· Handles separations; this includes, retirements, resignations and transfers.
· Creates / updates employee records in InterTrac & Service Now, internal tracking spreadsheets and provides multiple types of staffing reports to bureaus upon request.
· Communicates staffing changes/updates to other units within OOO (i.e. supervisor of employee, bureau contacts, and IT Liaisons).
· Provides support to perform telecommunications and space program activities.
· Administers the performance program and performance evaluations using the InterTrac database.
· Administers probations and traineeships and tracks for completion. Reviews reports to identify potential issues and brings to supervisor’s attention.
· Responds to general questions in relation to the performance evaluations, probations/traineeships.
· Maintains organizational charts and floor plans
