Minimum Qualifications Required
o Bachelor's Degree in a computer related technical field or equivalent experience
o 5+ years of programming experience
o 2+ years of experience in web development using the Microsoft .Net stack
o Knowledge of OOP and common design patterns.

Duties Description Under the direction and supervision of the Senior Manager of Information Technology, the Application Developer will work in a team environment developing and supporting applications. As a member of a small team of professionals, the incumbent will have the opportunity to be exposed to and take on other assignments in addition to the primary developer role.

Essential Duties

• Develop, maintain and extend .Net-based web applications
• Contribute to other programming projects and teams
• Application/Framework design
• Ability to mentor other developers on best practices
• Evaluate and influence technological decisions related to application frameworks and dependencies
• Act as a lead for a new application architecture and design
• Actively participate in all phases of the development lifecycle
