Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Seven or more years of IT experience including, but not limited to, the following:
• Experience with Salesforce.com
• Experience running projects and requirements gathering
• At least 2 years of professional object-oriented development experience
• Experience with data modeling and an understanding of data management
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS solutions and operational support of these solutions
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with using modern IDEs (VSCode, IntelliJ, Atom, Sublime) and Source Control tools (Git, SVN)
• Management experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related major highly preferred
• Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment with a large team of like-minded developers
• A creative mindset to apply innovative approaches to software design
• Ability to initiate and maintain relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders
Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES:
The Project Coordinator will act as a Salesforce Administrator and will assist the SIMS team with end user management and application development as well as organizational setup within the platform. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Assist with basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other tasks
• Onboarding and Offboarding Salesforce accounts
• Translate business needs into functional requirements through user feedback
• Assist SIMS to align use of Salesforce.com and to grow the Salesforce.com skillset across the organization
• Assist SIMS with the creation and implementation of company policies on proper Salesforce.com use
• Identify deviations in data sets and processing output and escalate as necessary
• Maintain customer accounts and contact data using information obtained through users, market knowledge, and due diligence
• Work with other Salesforce administrators in making sure all instances are following all required processes in securing the environment
• Meet with external representation as need be to support any and all Salesforce application integrations
• Support any SSO, two-factor authentication, and certificate problems
• Keep management up to date of issues and updates
