Duties Description The Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) is seeking an Office Assistant 1 Stores/Mail to work in the Central Services Mailroom. Under the direction of the Office Assistant 3, the responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and other items upon request.
- Manually insert letters into envelopes, seal and apply postage.
- Pull supplies from stock, record inventory, and prepare purchase requisitions as necessary.
- Assist with processing high-volume request by operating various printing and mail equipment.
- Operate a motor vehicle to pick up and deliver items.
- Operate a motor vehicle to transport staff to/from off-site meetings.
- Assist in office moves, as necessary.
- Interact with colleagues, customers, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Perform tasks in efficient, timely, and safe manner.
