Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience providing professional administrative and staff support to executives, program managers and staff by overseeing business services activities for an organization or program, or 6 years of experience as stated.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
• Ability to initiate and maintain relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES:
The incumbent will assist in the performance of a wide variety of activities associated with administration of employee COVID-19 leave benefit, vaccination verification and testing requirements. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Provide a high level of customer service to Agency Staff and outside parties.
• Respond in writing or by telephone to COVID-19 inquiries from staff.
• Review medical documentation and make appropriate determinations.
• Provide office support and perform more complicated clerical tasks.
• This position may be assigned supervisory responsibilities.
• Gather, compile, and prepare data for daily reports.
• Complete special projects and assignments, as required.
Additional Comments Position is not overtime eligible.
IMPORTANT: All Department of Labor employees are required to be tested weekly for COVID-19 unless they are fully vaccinated. Employees who are vaccinated must provide proof of vaccine status through a secure online portal.
